We want you to be satisfied with our service. This policy explains when refunds are available for the professional fees you pay to FSSAI Registration Experts.
2. Before work begins
If you request cancellation before we have started processing your application, you are eligible for a full refund of professional fees, less any payment-gateway charges.
3. After work begins
Once we have begun preparing or filing your application, professional fees are partially or fully non-refundable depending on the stage of work completed, as we will have already committed time and resources.
4. Government fees
Government fees paid to the authorities on your behalf are non-refundable once submitted, as they are outside our control.
5. Rejections
If an application is rejected by the authority for reasons within our control, we will re-file or rectify at no additional professional fee. Rejections due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you are not eligible for a refund.
6. How to request a refund
Contact us through our Contact page with your application reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
